Shipping Policy

General Information 

Get Tarka Foods & Spice It Up Foods products delivered to your doorstep!

  • Orders are sent out in the sequence they’re received.
  • It takes us roughly one to three days to prepare, pack, and ship out your order. Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed.
  • We usually ship early in the week to ensure your order arrives before the weekend. To arrive the same week, order cut-off for Alberta-Manitoba is Monday; cut-off for BC is Wednesday.
  • Our parcels are delivered packed in a keep-cold liner and frozen gel packs to maintain safe product temperature while in transit.
  • Place the product into your freezer immediately upon arrival, even if it is partially defrosted. If you place it in your refrigerator and let it thaw, please use it within 5 days. 
Canadian Orders
  • All orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post or Courier Service.
  • We charge Flat Rate Shipping to keep it simple and affordable for you.

Packaging

  • The frozen gel packs that come with your order can be reused. To dispose, cut and drain in the sink.
  • Please recycle the cardboard box.
  • The thermal liners are not recyclable at this time but can be reused indefinitely.
  • The use of paper filler is to help reduce air space and keep the product cold—please recycle it when you are done using it.

  • Shipping price (cost) subject to change without prior notice, at the sole discretion of the company.
